WAGGLE IS DUE THIS MONTH! (Waggle Take Note- "THIS MONTH")

Sorry for only just getting to this now, but i thought... better late than never!
I meant to write last week after seeing Waggle, but just never got to it.
Jono and I have both had a terrible cough and jono took some cough medicine ( i obviously can't) and ended up having a bad allergic reaction to it and was so itchy and broke out in rashes all over and it lasted for 6 days! And most of the time he would break out at the exact time in which he took the medicine! Poor thing... it didnt look like fun!
So, last week was a bit busy. Monday we got to see Waggle, who was scrunched up and hiding behind his or her legs and arms... so a photo was not really happening. Dr Angus was very happy with everything and Jono said to him as a joke... So How is our little 6lb 10oz baby coming along (joking that it would only be that when waggle is born) Dr Angus replied.... with a laugh- "Yes, it might be that now!"
So there is still no fears of Waggle being little!
In the last few weeks they are meant to pack it on at about 1/2 -1 lb a week! I guess we will see soon enough just how "Little" or "Big" Waggle is.
Maybe just Maybe mum will be right and Waggle will suprise us at a petit 9lb something! lol
Monday was also Mum's birthday. She came up and spent the day with us which was nice.
Harrison and I took her out to lunch, which was yummy and Harrison was extrememly well behaved. Such a big boy. Jono was very busy at work but managed to come and see us quickly.
We then went down to the shops for awhile. Harrison even said "Happy Birthday Nanna" quite a few times.
I have been nesting .... either that or just silly! Cleaning and rearranging things in cupboards etc....
We also spent alot of time during the week deciding just what we were doing for Jono's birthday which was on Friday. Thursday morning Harrison and i( and Waggle) did a very quick trip down to the shops to get everything we needed ... mind you silly me forgot the toy sale started and thank god the all the people were mostly in the layby line!
Friday arrived and Harrison was very excited that it was Daddy's birthday! He even remembered where i had hid the presents! Jono went off to work and then on Friday night i had planned a suprise dinner for him. He thought it was just Harrison and I (and Waggle) taking him out. But i had asked Mum,John, Mel, Ja and brayden, Amanda, Dave, Ava and Owen and Shelley, Chris and Cody (and baby- who we are still waiting for!) Unfortunately only Mum, and Amanda, Dave, Ava and Owen could come.... until poor little Owen burnt his finger and was not very happy :(
So it ended up as just Mum and us.... but the best bit was seeing jono get a little suprise. He was very thankful to Mum for coming up for his birthday. The dinner was very very nice and once again Harrison was very well behaved.
We went home for some birthday cake where Harrison hated the candles... and cried again. Mind you he got over it pretty quick when he was offered some cake to eat.
I made jono a golf cake... he loved it. I said to him- its amazing that out of the 6 birthdays of his we have been together not once had i made a "golf" cake until now!
We had reserved the whole weekend to ourselves to spend some time together and do a few things for jono's birthday.
Yesterday we got to see Waggle again. Harrison was very excited to go to the "Fishie Dr". I said to him before we left... "are we going to go see the fishie dr?" and he replied with "And Waggle" it was so cute.
Waggle is still going along very well.... and is looking just a tad squished in there as you can see in the picture. Harrison was very talkative to Dr Angus and told him that we called the baby Waggle.
The whole afternoon Harry kept telling me that we had been to the Dr and seen the fishies and Waggle.
Mind you when we came home he went to bed for his sleep and spent the first 45mins singing "Happy Birthday .. To You"  at the top of his lungs! I do wonder whether he has a severe case of the verbal runs or whether he is just following in my footsteps as a "Procrastinator"
He continued the theme last night ... talking for an hour before we went in.
Mind you this is a huge improvement... as since Harry was sick a few weeks back he has hated the idea of putting himself to sleep at night unless he knows we are close by where he can see us. Which is so unlike him as he has always been so good settling etc. But i guess sometimes they just go through stages and i am sure he will get there. He has been doing very well this week... once by himself and last night he was almost asleep from talking, mind you he was complaining his head was sore and had a temp (had a head butt with jono earlier in night) so i dont blame him for not getting to sleep... probably had a little headache. But at least he doesnt seem as scared now and not screaming.
It has had us puzzled as during the day he goes to bed like an angel and he has a night light so its not the dark.
Anyway....
We are looking forward to this weekend as we have Ava's 3rd birthday on Saturday and it is a rainbow party! We have to wear our favourite colour!!
Amanda has been extremely busy getting everything organised so i am sure it will be fantastic!
Then Dad (Grandpa) will arrive sunday on his way back home to Sydney.
Aunty Rach is looking at being here during the week on Wednesday and Thursday aswell.
I have decided we need a 4-5 bedroom house, as we grow as a family the only option for people who come to stay is a matress on the floor in the lounge room!! However , moving anytime soon really doesnt sound like fun.
So here we stay... we like it here :)
Harrison is very excited about his birthday already and can't wait to send/ hand out his hoot invites!
He has been saying "Hoot Party" and even told jono on friday (jono bday) he was having a hoot party.
He has also started to understand "Waggle" a little better... as in, he will point to things in Waggles room and say "For Waggle" and he is constantly bringing blankets to me saying "For Baby" and wrapping it around my belly. If you ask him what you have to do when Baby Waggle is sleeping he puts his finger up to his mouth and says "quiet". He is always looking at Waggles nappies and then looks at me like mum these are way too small!
I think i have blabbed enough for now...
hopefully for my friend Shelley's sake the next time i write her new little baby will be here and i will be able to tell you all about him or her! Thinking of you Shelley.... it will all happen within a few days! Yay!
